USDA Says Stronger Corn Demand Coming in 2025
The December issue of the World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates
(WASDE) report went more or less the way traders had expected with perhaps
slightly more magnitude than many had expected, and also perhaps some areas
left unchanged where an adjustment would have been justified. Overall, however,
it appears traders placed bets on the correct side late last week and Monday,
as the price bounces across ag markets were rewarded with follow-through once
the USDA report dropped.
